Q: I can't find the map I want


A: We've listed every item currently available on TravelSITE. Please check back frequently, as our selection continues to grow on a regular basis. Customer feedback is always appreciated.

Q: How do I place an order?


A: You can order directly on-line by clicking the Add To Shopping Cart button. Some items may be out of stock. We are unable to backorder items.

Q: Catalog requests


A: Although we do not publish a printed catalog, our entire product selection is available online. Please check back often, as new items are added on a regular basis.

Q: What is your return policy?

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, we will send you a new one immediately, please contact us via email at info@travelsite.com for a full refund or reshipment of the order upon receipt of their claim to authorize the return. Please keep all of the packing materials in case we need them to show our shipping company. Or, you may refuse the map directly when it arrives at your door, and then contact us.

International/Foreign Maps
Maps are often subject to extreme and adverse conditions of ocean freighters, airplanes, international postal services, suitcases, handbags and the general lack of care maps received when packaged in foreign lands. It is not uncommon for maps to arrive in less than pristine condition. Please take this into account when ordering imported maps.

Returning Maps
TravelSITE will accept returns if the product is in its original and re-saleable condition within ten (10) days of the original sale. Prior to returning any products, please contact TravelSITE via email at info@travelsite.com to get a Return Number we will need the following information:
Order Number
Customer Name
Reason for product return
Map SKU#, located on the packing slip


Products returned without a Return Number will be refused. Upon authorization of return please mail the product to:

Once we have received your returned item, we will credit the original credit card account. We will happily refund your shipping costs if there has been a TravelSITE error.

Q: Out of stock items


A: Out of stock items usually come back into stock within two weeks of their going out of stock. We do not backorder items, but it is best to check back on the web page every couple of days.

Q: Do you accept checks?


A: We do accept personal checks, however, your map will not be sent out until your payment is received. If you wish to pay by check, please email your order to info@travelsite.com. A customer service representative will direct you on where to send your check, and assist you with your order.

Q: Can I be invoiced for my order?


A: We do not accept payment by purchase order or invoice at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q: Shipping Costs and Types

Orders under $25 = $5.95
Under $50 - shipping is 24% of total cost
Under $100 - shipping is 20% of total cost
Over $100 - shipping is 15% of total cost

Q: Do you ship via U.S. Mail?


A: We do not ship U.S. Mail because your package cannot be accurately tracked, and we require someone to sign for your package to verify that it was received in good condition. Although it costs more, it allows us to ensure quality delivery and good service.

Q: Delivery Times


A Please allow one full day for your order to be processed before shipping occurs. Also please note that on weekends, your order will not be processed until the following Monday.
